The best place to store God's Word is in your heart. But how do you do that?

Three Thoughts
Storing God's Word in your heart is the most practical thing that you can do for your relationship with God. That way, when you are experiencing any type of emotion or conflict, you don't have to Google a verse, because it's already in you. So begin memorizing Scripture, even if it's one verse per month. The key is begin.
PSALM 119:11
Let the Word of God go deep within you in a way that you are always thinking about what he has to say. That means reading it, thinking about it, singing it, sharing it. God's Word was never meant to be a one-time read. It's meant to live in you.
COLOSSIANS 3:16
The person who meditates on Scripture day and night is like a tree planted by streams of water. Always nourished. Always fruitful. Always standing. You become what you spend time with, so fill your mind with truth and watch your roots go deep.
PSALM 1:2
Two Quotes
Missionary Amy Carmichael on the Bible:
"The marvel of our Bible never shows more marvellous than at such times, when you see it in deed and in truth the Sword of the Spirit, and it cuts."
Evangelist George Mueller on how much Bible we consume:
"The vigor of our spiritual life will be in exact proportion to the place held by the Bible in our life and thoughts."
Prayer
Dear God, I want your Word to be more than something I read, I want it to be something deep within me. I ask that you would write it on my heart this week. Let it shape my thoughts and guide my decisions and give me strength. Amen.
Question
If someone could see every minute of your day, would they know you are a Christian based on how you spend your time?
See you next Thursday,
Zach
P.S. One of the coolest things I think you can do is upgrade your Bible to something that you'll treasure for decades. This past week I received a customized, rebinding of my Bible and I want to cry it's so beautiful. I used a company called Rock Wall Bibles, but there are a bunch of awesome ones out there. I plan on using this Bible for the rest of my life, taking notes in it, in order to one day give to my son.
